Darlynn is an AI companion app for adults (18+). Your companion is an AI, not a human. Conversations, voice calls, images and stories are generated by AI and can be inaccurate or fictional. Darlynn is not medical, legal or mental-health advice; if you are in crisis, use the Support resources in the chat menu to reach real help.
Darlynn Premium is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. New accounts get 3 days of free use with a daily message limit; after that, chatting needs Premium. There is no free trial on the subscription itself unless the purchase screen says so. Manage or cancel any time in your app store's subscription settings — cancelling in the app store is the only way to stop renewal. Diamonds are consumable in-app credits with no cash value. Refunds follow your app store's policies: on iPhone request one at reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play's order history. If a purchase did not unlock, open Settings → Restore Purchases first.
Conversations, memories and relationship history live on your device; optional Backup & Sync copies them to your own private cloud account. To delete your account and its data, open Settings → Account → Manage Account → Delete Account — this wipes your device data and, if you signed in, your cloud backup and account server-side, immediately and permanently. No longer have the app installed? Email myapps01588@gmail.com from the address you signed in with, subject "Delete my account", and we will delete the account and all associated data within 30 days and confirm by reply. In chat, open the menu and choose Report Content to flag a reply, or Submit Feedback to tell us what went wrong. Reports reach our team directly and are deleted with your account.
